Arriving to Bourneau, at the beginning of Mervent
Forest, you will see the "Logis de la Forêt"
inside the Renaissance castle property.
From there you will be able to look around the romanesque
village church, Fontenay-le-Comte, the renaissance
town, Vouvant the fairy Melusine fortified village,
Maillezais and Nieul sur l'Autize beautiful abbey
and their famous summer festivals, Le Puy du Fou.
Driving through Vendée Region, you will discover
its different aspects : its coasts, fishmen ports,
beaches, bocage, marshland (faun and flora, boat
trips) and its forests and all this at 70 km radius. The house is located inside the castle park
(private property) with a pleasnt garden and its own swimming
pool, and a sage carpark.
A farmer castle aout building, this cottage has been recently
renovated and includes a large living room with a fireplace,
a fully equipped kitchen which widely open on to the dining-room.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms (parents) open on to the garden
with adjoining bathrooms and a third bedroom (for children with
2 beds)
