Situation
The "Logis du Parc" is situated
in idyllic surroundins inside the Renaissance castle Park, near
Mervent forest and lake, in Bourneau village.
There you will be able to go for a walk, a horse ride, or cycle
through the forest or enjoy a boat trip on the lake or on green
marshland.
The surroundings are full of historical jewels : Vouvant fortified
village and its fairy Melusine Legend, Fontenay le Comte, the
Renaissance town, Maillezais abbey and Nieul sur l'Autize abbey
and their summer festivals.
You will discover Vendée coasts and islands, La Rochelle
and its port, Le Puy du Fou, the Futuroscope in Poitiers.

The house is surrounded by pleasant garden,
with a swimming pool, a terrace, a game canopy and a safe carpark.
This recently renovated house, a former castle out building
constists in a large living-room which looks South, a play room,
a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a large dining-room,
a bedroom (2 beds) on garden level.
On the first floor, the are two large bedrooms with bathrooms,
and a third one (2 beds for children) with a shower room on
a mezzanine.
